Keith Stock
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Stock is a financial services executive, investment banker and international markets strategist focused on commercial banking, capital markets, diversified finance, fintech, insurance, investment and technology industries. He serves as Chairman and CEO of First Financial Investors, Inc.; Senior Executive Advisor with The Brookside Group, an alternatives investment family office platform; and Chairman and CEO of Stock Securities LLC, a U.S. FINRA registered broker dealer. Mr. Stock previously served as Chairman and CEO of Worldwide Reinsurance (Bermuda) Limited, Executive Chairman of National Property REIT Corp and its affiliated companies, Executive Chairman and Officer of Clarien Group and Clarien Bank (Bermuda) Limited, and Chief Strategy Officer and member of the Office of the CEO of TIAA, a diversified financial services and insurance company.
Mr. Stock is a director of Axcelus Financial Life Insurance Company (Bermuda) Ltd. and its affiliates, director of U.S. defense industry contractor The Entwistle Company, director of the Foreign Policy Association, Chairman of the AFS-USA, Inc. President’s Council, and a member of The Griswold Center for Economic Policy Studies at Princeton University and The Economic Club of New York.
Earlier, Mr. Stock served as President of Mastercard Advisors where he was a member of Mastercard Worldwide's Joint Policy and Operating Committee, Partner and Management Group Member of McKinsey & Company, Partner and Insurance Practice Head at AT Kearney, Inc., Financial Services Sector Leader for Capgemini SE, and Chairman and CEO of U.S. nationally chartered St. Louis Bank and Treasury Bank Limited. Mr. Stock began his career as a credit review officer and collateral auditor with Mellon Bank (now BNY Mellon). He received his undergraduate degree from Princeton and an MBA with distinction from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Kimberly Gibson
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Gibson is responsible for the Firm’s day-to-day operations, client relationship management, strategic and compliance consulting and listing project execution.
Previously she served as Chief Operating Officer of Clarien Investments Limited, a unit of Clarien Bank Limited, where she had responsibility for establishing and implementing strategic and operating performance objectives of the investment companies. Ms. Gibson’s accountabilities included process engineering, investment process oversight, risk management, regulatory compliance and team management for the discretionary asset management business, public listing sponsorship activities and broker dealer operations.
Ms. Gibson began her career with Merrill Lynch in Canada and later served in various registered securities professional roles with W.P. Stewart Securities Limited for more than 10 years. While with W.P. Stewart, she held progressively senior roles including Assistant Supervisor of broker dealer operations and head of the company’s trading desk supporting the discretionary investment management team.
Ms. Gibson is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, a Project Management Professional and a graduate of McGill University.
Barbara Dalton
Vice President and Operations Manager
Ms. Dalton is an experienced financial services office and operations manager responsible for the Firm’s day-to-day operations, corporate processes, information systems and risk management. She handles the Firm’s external vendor and third party relationships as well as research, database and technology management oversight.
Ms. Dalton also serves as Office Manager for First Financial Partners, Inc., an administrative services support organization to privately held financial services companies. Prior to joining First Financial Partners, Ms. Dalton was Executive Business Assistant to the President and CEO of MasterCard Advisors, LLC, the professional services business of MasterCard Worldwide. In this role, she focused on helping to build MasterCard Advisors’ global strategy in serving leading banks, airlines and major retailers with strategic consulting, payments information, insurance services management and outsourcing services.
Prior to joining MasterCard Advisors, Ms. Dalton was a staff member of Chase Financial Services, a business of JP Morgan Chase, in New York. She was an integral part of the team supporting the Vice Chairman responsible for Chase Financial Services’ consumer, small and middle market business, wholesale operating services, custody, cash management, institutional trust, and technology management activities of the firm. She was a member of the Corporate Executive Office during the merger of JP Morgan Chase with Bank One.
From 1997 to 2003, Ms. Dalton served as Office Manager and executive assistant to the Managing Principal of GarMark Advisors, LLC., a Connecticut-based mezzanine capital investment firm. She began her career in the financial services industry with Manufacturers Hanover Trust (MHT, now known as JP Morgan Chase), supporting the president of the MHT Venture Capital Division. Her tenure spanned the integration of MHT with the Chemical Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank.
Ms. Dalton received an Associate’s Degree in Business from Lynn University in Florida, USA. She earned Dean’s List, President’s Honor Society, and Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society recognition. She is a commissioned U.S. Notary Public.
Richard Rampell
Senior Executive Advisor
Mr. Rampell was the Managing Principal of the Palm Beach, Florida, USA office of MBAF, Certified Public Accountants and Advisors, now part of BDO. Mr. Rampell is a past Trustee of the U.S. National Public Radio Foundation and Member of the Board of Directors of the Palm Beach Civic Association. Previously he served as a Governing Board member of Good Samaritan Hospital (A Tenet Hospital) and as a Director of RailAmerica, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company. He is a past member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Over the course of his active accounting career, Mr. Rampell advised a number of new venture companies that were acquired by Fortune 500 companies or listed publicly. He holds a degree in economics from Princeton, an MBA in accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an Advanced Management Program Certificate from the Harvard Business School.
Mark Silverman
Senior Executive Advisor
Mr. Silverman is the founding principal of Alberdi Advisory Corporation and a partner of Eudemian Ventures, a venture capital firm. From 2008 to 2017 he served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Banco del Progreso (now part of Scotiabank) in the Dominican Republic. Previously, Mr. Silverman was Chairman of the Board of CardNET, President of Mastercard Advisors Latin America, and a Managing Partner of IBM Global Business Services. He began his career in banking with Citibank and in marketing and advertising with the firm of Leo Burnett. Mr. Silverman has a B.A. from the University of Virginia and MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Robert W. Stein
Senior Executive Advisor
Mr. Stein is the former Global Managing Partner of Insurance and Actuarial Services of Ernst & Young. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Assurant, Inc. and Talcott Financial Group where he also serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Stein is a Senior Advisor to the Anthemis Group, a leading global fintech/insurtech investment manager, Trustee Emeritus of the U.S. Actuarial Foundation, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Academy of Actuaries. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Stein is a graduate of Drake University.
John N. Irwin, III
Advisor
Mr. Irwin is President of Brookside International LLC, a private equity firm. He serves as the President and Co-founder of Orchard Ultrasound LLC, a Silicon Valley innovation laboratory. Mr. Irwin previously helped start the private equity firm Clearview Capital and co-founded Brookside Equity Partners. He is a Co-founder and Senior Advisor with Brookside Capital Partners which invests in the debt and equity of private companies. He is Chairman of the Achelis and Bodman Foundation, President of the Watson Foundation, and a Trustee of the Wildlife Conservation Society. He is a graduate of Princeton University.
