FBS is an internationally recognized listing sponsor for fixed income debt securities including insurance-linked, collective investment scheme, depository receipt and other non-equity issues on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) and The International Stock Exchange (“TISE”).   

FBS is an exempted company registered pursuant to The Companies Act, 1981 (the “Act”) in Bermuda and maintains a licence pursuant to section 129A of the Act to carry on business in Bermuda.  It is a member of the BSX (Bermuda) and TISE (Channel Islands).
